The Job:

As a logistics administrative & warehouse operator, you ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient handling of all logistics and warehouse processes. You combine administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse activities. Your work ensures that materials are correctly processed, stored, prepared, and documented — supporting production and contributing to a reliable supply chain within a high-tech environment.

You will collaborate closely with warehouse colleagues, production teams, planning, and external transport partners.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Register inbound and outbound goods in the ERP system.
• Process packing slips, delivery notes, work orders, and other logistics documentation.
• Book materials in and out for internal requisitions and production work orders.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Pick and deliver materials to internal departments and production.
• Pack and prepare goods for shipment to customers and suppliers.
• Replenish inventory at warehouse storage locations.

Skills & Competencies

• Accurate, detail oriented, and structured working style.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic high-tech environment.

We are looking for

• MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in logistics or administration.
• Experience in warehouse operations and/or logistics administration is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic MS Office knowledge (Excel in particular).
